Terms and Conditions -   

THE AESTHETIC ENTREPRENEUR'S DEN

1. **Eligibility**: Participants must be at least 18 years of age, medical professionals with up-to-date registration 

2. **Registration**: All participants must complete the registration process by the specified deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.

All participants must agree to register for the Scottish Aesthetic Conference 2025, 22nd March 2025, Glasgow Hilton 

All participants must fill in & complete the relevant electronic registration form, a shortlist of participants will be chosen to pitch in front of the judges in a breakout room and then a couple of participants will then be invited to pitch  in front of the conference delegates and judges for 5 mins. 

The winner will be decided at the event. The judges' decision is final.

3. **Pitch Requirements**: Each pitch must adhere to the time limits of 5 mins and guidelines provided by the competition organizers. Any deviations may result in disqualification.

4. **Intellectual Property**: Participants retain all rights to their ideas and concepts. Organizers are not responsible for any claims related to the infringement of intellectual property rights.

6. **Liability**: The organizers are not liable for any accidents, losses, or damages incurred during the competition, including during the pitch process and any related activities.

7. **Changes to the Competition**: Organizers reserve the right to modify the competition format, rules, or schedule as deemed necessary.

8. **Acceptance of Terms**: By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Winners will be asked to submit a report no later than 22 March 2026 stating what has been purchased in relation to their prize and submit receipts of purchases to the event organisers. Only receipts that can aid your business  start, grow & thrive can be submitted. 

**Privacy Statement:**

At the Aesthetic Entrepreneurs Den Competition , we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The information you provide during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and attendance at the Scottish Aesthetic Conference, 22nd March 25.

1. **Data Collection**: We may collect personal information, including your name, email address, address, phone number, and business details.

2. **Data Use**: This information will be used to communicate important updates, provide details about the competition, and share other relevant resources & information from exhibitors, partners and organisers.

Information on the financial aspects of your business will only be passed to the judges to judge your entry this information will not be disclosed to conference participants. 

3. **Data Security**: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. **Changes to Privacy Statement**: We may update our Privacy Statement from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to participants
