Dr Caroline Steele
Dr Caroline Steele MBChB, MRCGP, is a GP trained clinician, medical leader, and founder of FrownDocs, A doctor led clinic for natural, feel-good results. With over 20 years of NHS experience, she has grown FrownDocs from a single Stirling location into a multidisciplinary hub offering injectables, skin treatments, and private plastic surgery. She also runs Stirling Private Medical Group, bringing top-quality private care to a wider range of services — all delivered with expertise, a dry sense of humour, and a healthy reliance on her brilliant team to keep her organised.
Frances Turner Traill
Frances Turner Traill, an aesthetic nurse prescriber with her two highly acclaimed, HIS-registered clinics in South Lanarkshire and Inverness, Frances is a highly regarded, national figure in medical aesthetics, earning recognition in Tatler for her injecting skill, BBC Radio and TV and magazines for her public safety campaigns, publications in various professional journals as well as multiple awards including the prestigious, national Aesthetic Journal Awards for UK Nurse Practitioner of the Year and Scottish Clinic of the Year.
Starting out as a Registered General and Mental Health Nurse, her extensive academic background includes an MA from Glasgow University, a Bachelor of Science in Professional Practice and Dermatology from Stirling University, and a PG Cert in Aesthetic Medicine from Northumbria University. Having founded and lead British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses in Scotland for 7 years, she is an honorary board member and is an active member of CMAC. Frances also consults and trains for Prollenium, a Canadian dermal filler company, and Evolus, a U.S.-based neuromodulator brand and Mastelli, an Italian Polynucletotide provider as well as an accredited mentor for Masters in Medical Aesthetics.

Mr Taimur Shoaib
Taimur Shoaib is a fully accredited specialist consultant plastic surgeon on the General Medical Council's specialist register for plastic surgery. He was a consultant at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary from 2006-2014, is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Glasgow and a Faculty Member of the Allergan Medical Institute. He is now in full time private practice having founded La Belle Forme in 2009. His current practice is in aesthetic medicine, aesthetic surgery and he has a strong commitment to teaching and developing higher standards.
He qualified from the University of Glasgow in 1992 after which he trained in general surgery. This took place in the West of Scotland and in Oxford, following which he obtained the FRCS fellowship qualification in surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Since 1997 he has been working exclusively in Plastic Surgery departments and centres. He has a higher doctorate having performed research in Head and Neck Cancer Plastic Surgery, at Canniesburn Hospital in Glasgow, developing a new surgical procedure called sentinel node biopsy in mouth cancer. He and the research team were the first to perform this successfully in this group of cancers and he has published many scientific articles on the technique.
Taimur Shoaib continued his higher surgical training covering all aspects of plastic surgery in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Oxford. Although his training encompassed the whole remit of plastic surgery, he developed particular interests in head and neck cancer, skin cancers and aesthetic surgery. During this time he qualified again from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh with a Diploma in Medical informatics. Towards the end of his training, he obtained a further qualification from the same Royal College after passing the fellowship examination in plastic surgery.

Dr Melanie Gray
Dr Melanie Gray is an accomplished dental surgeon and aesthetic practitioner with nearly two decades of clinical excellence after qualifying with commendation from the University of Glasgow in 2007
She went on to own and lead an award winning dental practice for 12 years, where she was deeply involved in developing and mentoring newly qualified dentists.
Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning and clinical refinement, Melanie recently completed a postgraduate diploma in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, further enhancing her expertise across both advanced dental and facial aesthetic treatments.
Alongside her clinical work in general practice and within a high volume aesthetics clinic, Melanie serves as the Director of Training at Inspired Cosmetic Training. In this educational role, she trains and mentors medical professionals with a strong focus on safety, artistry and patient centred outcomes.

Dr Lonny Green
Dr Lonny Green earned his Bachelor of Science from Stanford, his MD from UCLA, and completed two years of general surgery before training in urology at Harvard. He spent over 20 years as a urologic surgeon—until a chance encounter introduced him to the world of aesthetics. A fire was lit, and in 2020, he stepped away from the OR to pursue this new path full-time.
His approach is rooted in full facial balancing—treating the face as a whole rather than chasing isolated deficits. He focuses on creating results that are natural, harmonious, and tailored to the individual. “As a National Trainer for Allergan, I have the honour of sharing this philosophy with injectors across the country. Teaching isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am.”

Dr Ben Taylor-Davies
Dr Ben Taylor-Davies is a multi award-winning aesthetic doctor and the co-founder and clinical director of The Stockbridge Clinic in Edinburgh. He has a particular interest in holistic multi-modal treatment planning and the use of regenerative aesthetic medical treatments.
He also works as a national trainer for Acquisition Aesthetics (where he is the training lead for Scotland) and has a background in NHS Emergency Medicine.

Dr Heather Muir BDS, MSc is one of the UK's leading experts in non surgical facial aesthetics.
She has over 17 years’ experience in facial aesthetics and is the owner of Your Face Aesthetics in Uddingston.
Heather has achieved her master’s degree in non-surgical facial aesthetics for dentists, she is one of a very small number of dentists in the UK to have completed this MSc.

Founder of Precise Medical Aesthetics, Patricia Manson qualified in Dentistry in 1989 and began practising facial aesthetics in 2010 in Bannockburn Dental Practice – she opened her clinic, Spa @ Bannockburn in 2013, and was rebranded as Precise Medical Aesthetics in 2017.

Jackie Partridge MSc (Non-Surgical Aesthetic Practice) BSc (Dermatology) RGN NIP. Jackie is a qualified Nurse Independent Prescriber (NIP) and Clinical Director at Dermal Clinic. She is a founding board member of the BAcN ( now BAMAN) and is now an honorary member. She qualified from Stirling University with BSc (foundation in Dermatology) and completed her Masters (MSc) in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Practice at Northumbria University.
She is passionate about making the aesthetic and cosmetic industry as safe as possible for patients and uses her own time to attend board meetings (representing the BAMAN) with Healthcare Improvement Scotland and Scottish Government regarding regulation within the industry.

Stuart Logan
Stuart Logan is an experienced Aesthetics Consultant and is the Founder and Director of Dermoperfection Medical Aesthetics Clinic. A specialist provider of non-surgical facial rejuvenation and skin care treatments, Stu is one of the West Midlands’ leading practitioners for line and wrinkle treatments.
Beginning his career in the NHS, Stu is clinically trained in emergency and acute medicine. He has extensive experience in senior clinical and operational roles across various specialities and organisations. Dr. Vincent Wong is a leading cosmetic doctor based in London. He specialises in facial balancing, masculinisation and feminisation using non-surgical and minimally invasive techniques. GMC registered, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Medicine (First Class Honours) from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Aberdeen. Dr Aisling Hanly is an award-winning facial aesthetic practitioner and Part of Clinical and Facial Aesthetics team within Clyde Munro Dental Group. A partner at Kirriemuir Dental Practice and Director of Enhance Facial Aesthetics, she has over 15 years of dedicated non-surgical aesthetic experience .
