Melanie is the Training Director of Inspired Cosmetic Training - winners of the Scottish Aesthetic Training Academy 2025 Award. With over 15 years experience in medical aesthetics, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge & clinical skills to medical professionals throughout their aesthetic journey. 

Dr Gray graduated with commendation from the University of Glasgow in 2007. While running an award-winning dental practice in the outskirts of Glasgow she also became a VT trainer, mentoring new dental graduates in their first year of qualification. 

Melanie has undertaken post-graduate training in Invisalign, facial aesthetics and most recently a post-grad diploma in aesthetic and restorative dentistry in London.
